luxury hotels + resorts
Better with a luxury travel advisor is better than booking direct — travelhappier clients receive extras included in their rate. Some common benefits are:
top priority for early/late check-in or check-out;
top priority for a room category upgrade, based on availability;
complimentary daily breakfast for two;
hotel or resort credit valued at $100 USD or more depending on property;
I do not charge a booking fee for hotel or resort bookings.
premium air
ticketing fees: $75 booking fee per person for international flights and $50 per person for domestic flights
The SmartFlyer Air team handles my clients’ requests for business and first-class airfare, from ticketing to assistance during travel if your flight gets significantly delayed or cancelled.

custom itineraries
Fully Customized Itineraries: $500 and up
Because of the time-intensive nature of this service, I only accept a limited number of clients per year for custom itineraries. The cost will depend on trip length and complexity and will be determined after an initial consultation with the client. You can have as little or as much input as you’d like.
Planning Lite: $200
This is for the parent who plans all the family vacations and is also The Boss, but would love a little extra help finding 4/5* accommodations and planning special experiences with their families.

Cruise booking can be scary (a big investment with lots of choices) - but it doesn’t have to be! We can assist in selecting your accommodations and will plan a seamless trip from door to door.
