The best shopping in Portland is on NW 23rd Street and in the Pearl District, where I found the cutest shops for Oregon-made goods, kid stuff, and “me” stuff.

Scenes from a Copenhagen Food Tour

We loved our Foods of Copenhagen food tour with Fie. We tried smorrebord, grod, sparkling beer, danish pastries, cheese, chocolates, licorice, and fermented fries served with really yummy Korean fried chicken — so good, and we learned a lot about Danish culture and history, too. Highly recommended!
