Four Seasons O‘ahu at Ko Olina | Hawai‘i Luxury Resort
The Four Seasons Resort at Ko Olina is hands-down my favorite place to vacation on O'ahu.
Give me a beautiful beach-side infinity pool (with a cabana or an umbrella at least? please and thank you) and really good food and I am perfectly content.
We've stayed at the property a few times a year since it opened in summer 2016, and I wish we could go every month. It's only 30 minutes from Waikiki and yet feels like you've escaped away from it all -- it is so relaxing and beautiful.

Adults can enjoy beach yoga, stand-up paddle boarding, and access to the no-kids-allowed only infinity pool (pictured above). There's a separate pool for families with a little sandy area that kids love, and the lagoons are super kid-friendly too. Guests have access to preferred tee times at the Ko Olina golf club, and there is shopping on-site and across the street at the Ko Olina Center and Station. Also! Wi-fi is free and they don't charge one of those super-annoying "resort fees" -- YAY!

The Four Seasons Resort at Ko Olina has 371 guest rooms. Each room is 640 square feet or larger and feels spacious -- but really, it's the view that makes the room. It really is that pretty in person.

Rooms have empty refrigerators (I'm a HUGE fan of empty hotel fridges-- more room for your tots’ food and milk!) and you can customize your mini-bar by ordering off a snacks and drinks menu. The Nespresso and bottled water are complimentary (yay!)
Bathrooms are classic marble with modern glass showers and are HUGE. They’ve done some brand changes — the first few times we stayed the bath products were an Italian brand whose name escapes me but this last time we had Bulgari bath amenities. They also switched out Honest bath products for kids with One Planet.
Noteworthy for Families
Stays include a complimentary Kid's Club for children aged 5 and up, while kids under 5 eat free. They also offer movie nights and glamping (luxury camping on-grounds) for kids aged 5-12. You can also ask your concierge about access to Disney's Aulani resort next door for a fee.
A diaper pail and crib waited for us in the room upon check-in (so great!); and past baby welcome gifts have included stuffed animals, books, and a baby lovey.
Dining at the Four Seasons Ko Olina
La Hiki - Go for the breakfast buffet in the morning (the usual suspects, plus a mix of American, Chinese, and Japanese side dishes). hot and oc dinner and the breakfast buffet at (where the food is genuinely good).
Noe - It’s only open for dinner and we’ve only been once but let’s just say I dream of the pasta with shaved truffles. Fresh pasta is a revelation.
Mina's Fish House - We’ve only been for happy hour (with live music!) - the beer was cold, the food was good, and the babies danced, which is always the best thing ever. On previous visits we’d dined at its previous incarnation “Fish House,” but we’ve yet to have dinner here as since (James Beard award-winning chef) Michael Mina took over.
